Seohyun Reveals Insecurities and Secret Behind Beautiful Figure

Girls’ Generation Seohyun recently revealed her secrets on how she maintains her beautiful body! On February 25 she appeared on Mnet’s “Wide Celebrity News.” To be more accurate, the crew of “Wide Celebrity News” went to visit Seohyun and Sooyoung who were both in the midst of a photoshoot.

The production team of “Wide Celebrity News” was granted an interview with Seohyun and Sooyoung. Both celebrities spoke about the parts of their body that they were insecure of and also secrets on maintaining their perfect shapes.

Sooyoung talked about her insecurity, “I have thick hair. I am envious of people who have thinner hair.” Seohyun also stated, “I also have thick hair. My hair is heavy when I am trying to dry it. However, I doubt that I will have to worry about losing hair when I am older.”

Sooyoung then stated, “Although I do like dark skin at times, I am envious of bright and light skin.” On the other hand Seohyun stated, “I like darker skin. I don’t think darker skin would fit me.”

Seohyun then revealed how she maintains her figure, “If you do cardio exercise for one hour every morning on an empty stomach, you will feel your body change.”

TV Announcer Dances to SNSD’s ‘I Got A Boy’ on ‘Shinhwa Broadcast’

Missing a private lesson by the Girls′ Generation members themselves, jTBC announcer Jang Sung Kyu put on an eye-catching performance of I Got a Boy on Shinhwa Broadcast.

On February 24’s episode, Shinhwa and KBS comedians competed against each other in a not-so-classic game of baseball. Although he was there to report the happenings of the games, Jang Sung Kyu could not control himself, and burst out dancing to Girls’ Generation’s I Got a Boy.

Announcer Jang Sung Kyu’s talents and hilarious personality were discovered on MBC’s 2011 New Recruit, an audition show to become an announcer.

We might have another Jun Hyun Moo in the making.

Girls’ Generation Places Second on Forbes Korea’s Power Celebrity Top 40 List

After placing first in the Forbes Korea’s Power Celebrity Top 40 list for two consecutive years (2011 and 2012), Girls’ Generation was named the second most powerful celebrity in Forbes’s 2013 ranking. The magazine, now celebrating its tenth year of publication, produces the “Korea’s Power Celebrity 40″ list on an annual basis, defining celebrities as those who are well known amongst the general public. The magazine selects a field of 100 candidates, then ranks the top 40, deciding the order based on a candidate’s standing in the categories of earnings, influence, reputation, and professionalism.

With a total of 32 TV advertisements under their belt in 2012, Girls’ Generation had the most advertising appearances out of any celebrity on the list. However, international sensation PSY prevented them from holding the top spot for a third year in a row. Other notable people on the list included Son Yeonjae at #3, Big Bang at #5, and IU at #8.

Girls’ Generation and SHINee prove why they’re masters on stage

Every time Girls’ Generation or SHINee perform on stage, they only receive praise for their tremendous stage presence.

Most of the time, these groups pull off their choreography and singing flawlessly but there are times when unforeseen things occur. When these unexpected things happen, these groups are quick on their feet, quickly assessing a situation and smoothing things over. The first example is Sunny, who had two incidents on a past “I Got A Boy” stage. First, her pink belt fell off while she was performing her solo part. Since it’s dangerous to have a loose article on stage – someone could trip and slip, Sunny quickly kicked it off the stage. But the entire process was done so naturally like it was part of the choreography that barely anyone noticed.

On the same stage, her hat was hit by Hyoyeon‘s elbow and almost fell off her head. Instead of panicking, Sunny just whipped it off her head for the headbanging part of the choreography so it wouldn’t fly off.

SHINee have also shown to be quick to react when a situation arises. During their ‘M! Countdown‘ comeback stage for “Dream Girl“, Minho‘s mic stand snapped, but he danced on as if nothing happened. As for the broken pieces on the stage, the other members expertly swept it off the stage as they danced on seamlessly, using their choreography to kick or slide the pieces off stage. During his solo part, Jonghyun slid his mic stand to Minho so the choreography could look natural.
