JESSICA

1. During the Japanese Gee promotions, we often wore [G-star], so I remember that time.

2. They don’t fear taking on challenges and I think they express their personal unique style well.

3. SNSD’s specialty is having teamwork. When we are all together, we really become one entity. When that happens, I think the energy that we give off is enormous.

And, personally, I think, like G-star, I have a part where I’m strong while being gentle, but... (laughs)

4. Everyone, I really thank everyone who always support us! Please look forward to our collaboration with G-star.

TIFFANY

1. I remember seeing [G-star] in a shop on Rodeo Drive when I went to LA for work.

2. Japanese female fashion is lovely+sexy+cute+cool+tough! It’s cool how they can express all kinds of charms at the same time! It’s appealing! Personally, I love Japanese fashion!

3. My strength is... I think my eyes! I always have strength within my smiling eyes... (laughs)

And SNSD’s “strength” is no matter how painful it is, we will always win with our teamwork!

1. I heard it is a popular brand in Europe!

2. I think a lot of them follow their own style rather than fashion trends. To really know your own charms and expressing them is wonderful.

Girls’ Generation’s “strength” is “the last time” (laugh). For example, if filming goes on for a long time, once we think it’s the last shot, we’ll all mutually have fun and be able to concentrate even more because of that. ^^

1. Even though the pants were tight fitting during filming or work, it was still very easy to move in.

3. When I can inspire myself by myself. Everyday I feel that everything can change depending on my own feelings and I learn from that. No matter what hardship, there has to be a part that I can learn from, so I think my strengths are looking on the good side and boldly taking action.

SNSD’s strength is that all 9 of us love each other deeply and we feel the same passion towards our work.

Actually, since we have lived with each other for over 10 years like a family, we depend on each other. Also, no matter what we always happily cheer up and because we can be natural around each other, even during hard times we always don’t naturally give up and I think that becomes the driving force to do our best.

1. The items are rich, so I didn’t know in the beginning that it was a denim brand!

2. They know their own charms really well and I think there are a lot of girls who can produce [outfits] really well, so I’m envious.

SNSD Members Show Their Beauty in BTS Footage of G-Star RAW Photoshoot

G-Star RAW, Girls’ Generation’s latest endorsement in Japan, has just released video footage of a CF filming and photoshoot onto its YouTube channel.

The clips, set to Girls’ Generation’s “FLOWER POWER”, showed the members of Girls’ Generation posing for photos and videos in G-Star RAW’s denim clothing. G-Star RAW also released another version of the video that included an interview, in which Jessica and Tiffany both spoke in English.

Jessica revealed that Girls’ Generation is honored to be the first Asian artist to work with G-Star RAW and that the members wore G-Star RAW jeans for the music video of the Japanese version of “Gee”, released in 2010. Tiffany then thanked G-Star RAW and fans of Girls’ Generation for making their endorsement of the high quality urban clothing brand possible.

G-Star RAW has also updated its Japanese website with photos and interviews with Girls’ Generation.

SNSD Leaves Messages for Korean Students Finished with College Entrance Examinations

On November 8th, the members of Girls’ Generation posted photos and messages on Girls’ Generation’s official website for Korean students who took the annual college entrance examinations. The nine members each posed for photos with handwritten messages, which were also shown in a separate image, seen below.

In their messages, the members congratulated students for having finished the difficult tests, which took place on November 8th, and encouraged them reward themselves and enjoy their free time after the exams.

SNSD no longer has a comeback this year

It has been a prediction that SNSD is not going to appear in the K-pop music industry this year.

National girl group representative SNSD will not make a comeback in this late 2012. According to several involved music industries, it was acknowledged that SNSD whom had been expected to come back with new album in late October or early November is not making a comeback in Korean music industry on 2012.

One involved person stated the truth that despite the expectation of the girls’ comeback in late October or early November, it was decided that SNSD would not have any promotion activities in this recent year. He or she added that it seemed like a little late for the comeback at this time. Therefore, the girls had decided to focus on the perfection of the album.

On October last year, SNSD received a lot of love from fans through the release of their 3rd album with the title “The Boys”, which was composed and arranged by US famous producer, Teddy Riley. A year after this promotion at Korea, the expectation of their comeback was really high; however, in order to make sure that the best album and performance can be transferred to fans, the comeback date was set to be delayed.

Instead, SNSD is currently with their Japan activities. On the upcoming 21th November, the 6th single album “Flower Power” will be released and week after that, their Japanese 2nd album “Girls’ Generation 2-Girls and Peace” was also planned to be on sale as well.

Even though the united Girls’ Generation is not going to be active in Korea, fans still catch them up with their individual schedules. While TaeYeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun appeared as TTS MC at Music Core, Sooyoung is also currently working as a MC at SBS “TV Star One Night”. Besides, Hyoyeon is seeking the entertained laugh for fans through her filming at Invincible Youth 2. Jessica, on the other hand, was casted as the main musical actress for the musical “Legally Blode” alongside with APink’s EunJi and Choi Woo Ri,…

Noticeably, with their SM fellow artists, SNSD will participate “World Tour 3” concert at Singapore on 23th, and Bangkok, Thailand on 25th.
