‘Invincible Youth 2′ to Record Its Last Episode on November 7th

The last recording of KBS 2TV’s “Invincible Youth 2″ will take place on November 7th and will air sometime in mid-November. Sunny and Hyoyeon were confirmed as part of the cast for the show on October 18th of last year, and its first episode was aired on November 12th, 2011.

Sunny, who was also a part of the original G7 during the first season, left “Invincible Youth 2″ in July 2012 when the program became stable. Sunny was also busy with Girls’ Generation’s activities in Japan and with her musical, “Catch Me If You Can”. However, Hyoyeon remained as part of the cast and continued to entertain everyone with her light-hearted spirit.

“Invincible Youth 2″ will be ending due to the G5 members’ overlapping activities with the show’s recordings. The members were sad when they got word of the last recording day.

Taeyeon, Sooyoung, and Seohyun Appear on ‘Superstar K4′

On November 2nd, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, Sooyoung, and Seohyun were featured on a episode of “Superstar K4″, the fourth season of a reality TV talent show series. The contestants on the show had been assigned a live stage performance entitled “My Style”, and Taeyeon, Sooyoung, and Seohyun appeared to deliver a related mission, giving them one hour to prepare and sing “Gee” in their own style.

Several teams, each with two groups of contestants, performed their versions of “Gee” in front of the three members of Girls’ Generation, who determined the winners based on who best showed their own unique skills. Taeyeon, Sooyoung, and Seohyun selected the team made up of contestants Roy Kim and Dickpunks as the winner. As Roy Kim and Dickpunks celebrated, Sooyoung commented that they seemed almost as happy as if they had won first place on a live stage.

Taeyeon then gave the winners an envelope, which told the location of a senior artist who would advise them for this week’s live stage “My Style” performance. Finally, all of the contestants shook hands with the three members of Girls’ Generation at the end of the segment.

Girls’ Generation to Perform at ‘K-POP Festival 2012′ in Vietnam

Girls’ Generation is set to perform at the “K-POP Festival 2012″ in Hanoi, Vietnam. The concert will be held at the My Dinh National Stadium on November 29th at 7:30 PM ICT. Along with Girls’ Generation, performers include SISTAR, INFINITE, Teen Top, Son Dambi, B.A.P., miss A, KARA, T-ARA, TVXQ!, Hyuna, B2ST, ChAOS, FIESTAR, FTISLAND, Phú Quang, Tấn Minh, and Thanh Lam.

The concert will be offering VIP Class and Royal Class standing tickets and VIP Class, Royal Class, Superior Class, A Grade, and B Grade seating tickets. Ticket prices are not available at this time.

The official Facebook page for the “K-POP Festival 2012″ has revealed that Girls’ Generation will be performing “Genie”, “MR. TAXI”, and “The Boys” at the concert. Additionally, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun will be the official MCs for the event. Tickets will go on sale on November 2nd.

Hyoyeon Reveals Details of Her Past Relationships on ‘Invincible Youth 2′

On the November 3rd broadcast of “Invincible Youth 2″, Hyoyeon revealed details of her past relationships, telling facts about a man she once dated to the other cast members of the show. During the broadcast, Hyoyeon jokingly explained that she has been in relationships with two and a half men, two men and one with whom she did not proceed to a relationship.

During a segment modeled after the show “Talk of the Pretty Ladies” where participants asked questions about Korean men, Hyoyeon asked, “Why can’t Korean men remember what they said?”

Hyoyeon continued by giving a hypothetical example of a man who would say, “Is being in Girls’ Generation tiring? I’ll pay the penalty fees and take care of you (translator’s note: he is referring to fees from cancelling Hyoyeon’s contract with SM Entertainment),” as if he would be able to take care of her and be responsible.

Kim Shinyoung, an MC of “Invincible Youth 2″, then asked, “So your boyfriend said, ‘Are you tired of being in Girls’ Generation? I’ll make you happy!’?”

Hyoyeon then answered, “I… didn’t have that experience yet, so I don’t know.”

MC Lee Youngja then continued, “So what happened after that?”

Here, Hyoyeon accidentally let slip that her hypothetical example was a real one, revealing, “This is all in the past now, but he wasn’t as successful as I… Oh…”, causing the others on the set to laugh. Admitting that it was true, she said, “I believed him because I liked him. I’m the type of person who believes others easily.”
