Seohyun & TVXQ grace the cover of ‘CeCi’ magazine

TVXQ and Girls’ Generation‘s Seohyun recently posed together for ‘CeCi‘s upcoming November issue and a sneak peek at the cover of the magazine has been revealed.

The labelmates carried out the ‘Interview with the Vampire‘ theme based off the American horror story with the TVXQ members portraying cold and charismatic vampires who have laid their eyes on the young and innocent human Seohyun.

‘CeCi’s November issue featuring a 26 page spread of TVXQ and Seohyun will be released on the 15th and will be available in South Korea, China, and Thailand.

Girls’ Generation’s 5th JPN single, “Oh!”, and “Girls’ Generation Complete Video Collection” have been certified “Gold” by the RIAJ

Girls’ Generation’s fifth Japanese single, “Oh!”, and “Girls’ Generation Complete Video Collection” have been certified “Gold” by the Recording Industry Association of Japan.

Both “Oh!” and the ”Girls’ Generation Complete Video Collection” DVD set have sold more than 100,000 copies each, earning the “Gold” certification by RIAJ. The accomplishment comes only two weeks after the single and DVD were released on September 26th, adding to the growing list of accolades Girls’ Generation has received in Japan.

Girls’ Generation will look to continue the success with their next Japanese single, “FLOWER POWER“, releasing on November 14th, and their second Japanese album on November 28th.

tvN Releases Behind-the-Scenes Footage of Sooyoung from ‘The 3rd Hospital’ Drama

tvN recently revealed a new picture of Sooyoung and her co-star Kim Seungwoo, who play the characters Lee Euijin and Kim Doohyun, respectively, from one of the scenes in “The 3rd Hospital”. The network also released some behind-the-scenes clips from the filming.

In the video, Sooyoung’s other co-star, Oh Jiho, who plays the character Kim Seunghyun, and Sooyoung are filming the scene where Lee Euijin pretends to be drunk and Kim Seunghyun has to carry her home. The always professional Sooyoung is also seen discussing the scene with the PD to act out her role even better.

The first take ended with an NG because Oh Jiho raised Sooyoung’s legs too high. Sooyoung jokingly said she looked like a spider because of this and immediately brightened up the set with her laughter. The second take went well, but Sooyoung playfully complained that she kept slipping from Oh Jiho’s back. As for the final question to Oh Jiho about Sooyoung’s weight, he smartly answered that she was as light as a feather. The behind-the-scenes footage can be seen below.

Hyoyeon is causing quite the commotion with her new hair and upgraded goddess image.

On October 7, Hyoyeon and the rest of her bandmates were part of the lineup for the “2012 Gangnam Hallyu Festival K-Pop Concert” held at CoEx in Gangnam, Seoul. They performed a few hit songs like “Gee” and “The Boys” working the crowd with their cute and charismatic stage presence.

They brought back the white tees and skinny jeans, the concept for “Gee,” which has catapulted them to superstardom within Korea. They had the chance to change into their “The Boys” outfits to the delights of fans within the concert.

There was a small incident where the smoke on stage scared the girls, but they were able to be professional and ended their stage smoothly.

Shoemaker Park Dae Sup was interviewed by KBS‘s ‘Good Morning Korea‘.

The shoemaker had been making shoes for 40 years, and has made custom shoes for some of the top girl groups of Korea including Girls’ Generation, KARA, and Wonder Girls. Skimming through his papers, he revealed some of the notes he had on the shoe sizes for the members of SISTAR, SECRET, and Girls’ Generation.

The SISTAR list showed Hyorin‘s shoe size to be 230mm (US size 6), Bora‘s size to be 235mm (US size 6.5) and Dasom and Soyu‘s to be 245mm (US size 7.5). The SECRET list showed Ji Eun‘s shoe size to be 230mm, Sunhwa‘s and Zinger‘s shoe size to be 235mm, and Hyosung‘s size to be 240mm (US size 7). The Girls’ Generation list also listed the members’ shoe size and listed Sunny, Jessica, and Hyoyeon with a size of 225mm ~ 230mm (US size 5.5 ~ 6), Tiffany with a size of 235mm, Yoona, Taeyeon, Seohyun, and Yuri with 240mm, and Sooyoung with a size of 245mm.
