Girls' Generation kicked off ‘2013 GIRLS' GENERATION WORLD TOUR -GIRLS & PEACE-’ with Seoul concert, taken place at Olympic Gymnastics Arena inside Olympic Park, Seoul on June 8th and 9th.
Responding to global fans’ constant craving for the girls’ performances, Girls Generation’s world tour concert this time was firstly held since 6 years of their debut. Noticeably, this is the third time for Girls' Generation to open their concert in South Korea.
This world tour was first held at February, when Girls' Generation commenced the performances at overall 7 cities in Japan, calling approximately 200000 audiences to participate.
With the usage of equipment such as a large-sized cake (3.6m in diameter and 1.8m in height) and a fountain (20m width and 8m in height), Girls' Generation presented a splendid attraction in their fancy performances.
At the concert, Girls' Generation showed off about 27 songs, covering the hit songs such as ‘Gee’, ‘Tell me your wish’, ‘Hoot’, ‘Oh!’, ‘The Boys’ and ‘I Got a Boy’+ ‘Express 999’, included in the 4th full length album.
